SALT at Our Kakaʻako celebrates Chinese New Year and welcomes the Year of the Pig. Festivities include a traditional lion dance, an appearance by the 2019 Narcissus Court and more.

With festive food and fantastic entertainment, SALT at Our Kaka‘ako's holds its biggest party yet, as Don Julio presents Cinco de Mayo at SALT, May 5. The celebration kicks off at 5 p.m., in the SALT Barn and Pitch Sports Bar.
At 5 p.m., dance along to music from Eddie Ortiz and Son Caribe, followed by El Mariachi Loco, at 8 p.m. Fun games, a limbo contest, chihuahua costume contest, prize giveaways, a Don Julio Tequila Shot Station and Tequila Margaritas, and more keep the excitement going all night long.

Delicious drink specials at Pitch Sports Bar include PWK (Don Julio, triple sec, orange curaçao, with a li hing mui lemon) and Mamba (Don Julio, triple sec, agave, lime juice, and topped with grapefruit juice and a dash of li hing mui). Pitch Sports Bar will also serve elotes (Kahuku corn grilled, garlic charred bacon butter, cumin, paprika, parma cheese, mayo and lime wedge), ceviche (ahi, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, onions, cucumber, jalapenos, orange, lemon, orange yuzu juice, ketchup and 7UP, micro green onions, and cilantro plantain chips), Tres Taco Carnitas (kalua pork, lomi tomatoes, fried kale, sriracha sour cream, pickled cumin cucumber, and carrots, on corn tortilla and lime wedge), Champion Chips (Portuguese sausage, tortilla chips, cheese sauce, kalbi sauce, shredded cheese, lomi tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, green onion, and chili oil), and churro bites (churro, horchata sugar, chili chocolate dulce de leche).
The Boiling Crab will serve up chicken wings, calamari and oysters at its pop up, along with $2 off margaritas all day, in the restaurant.
Butcher & Bird will feature Pono Pork from Mountain View Dairy Farm in Waianae, pork chorizo sausage in buns from This Is It Bakery, street corn relish, cotija cheese, house-made hot sauce
carne asada tacos and local onion, cilantro, and lime, and house-made chips and salsa.
