The 19th Biennial Conference of Literature and Hawaii’s Children is a FREE three-day conference for parents, teachers, librarians, illustrators, and others interested in children’s literature.

Event Details

Since 1982, internationally recognized authors and illustrators have inspired and educated participants, making this the longest-running event exclusively devoted to children’s literature in Hawaii. Special guests of the conference include award-winning author Lee Cataluna and distinguished illustrator Patrick Ching.

WHEN:
Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Celebrate children’s literature with an evening of festivities for the whole family, including a performance by the Honolulu Theatre for Youth and featured work of Lee Cataluna, Patrick Ching and Lehua Parker.
