The Mai Tai Bar's beverage program has been revamped, they only use fresh juices, premium spirits and can make any Mai Tai that you're accustomed to, simply ask...The Mai Tai Bar offers the Modern Mai Tai created by Vic Bergeron in 1953 on their signature drink list: No- this mai tai is not the original created, arguably by either Vic Bergeron or Don Beach. The Don the Beachcomber and the Trader Vic versions are always available upon request and they even make their own Falernum for the "Beachcomber" version. This bar is the only bar on the beach that hand-crafts each and every cocktail with fresh squeezed juices.
