This nutrition class is in collaboration with Tripler Army Medical Center Nutrition Care and for Active Duty only.
You'll learn the basic principles of macronutrients and how it plays a role in improving body composition, performance and your health.
The class will run from 1130-1230 every 4th Tuesday of each month.
