Celebrate New Year's Eve with a group of conscious dance, healthy living, and wellbeing enthusiasts! A unique ecstatic Dance Conscious party!

Must RSVP, if we have less than 5 sign-ups, the workshop will be canceled.

6:45 pm - 7:45pm

Cosmic Yoga & Ecstatic Dance

Warm-up (yoga)

Intention setting lightly guided ecstatic dance

Cool down/savasana/guided relaxation

Sound healing during savasana

7:45pm - 8 pm

Reflection and tea

*Ecstatic Dance is a freestyle, expressive dance & moving meditation practice with some guidance!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. Please come already dressed in comfortable clothing and dress in layers, feel free to dress up more glam as it's NYE! Sparkles, masks, costumes welcome! Be your fabulous you! As long as you are comfortable and wear suitable clothes for movement/dance. Maybe bring a change of clothes as you will sweat a lot and we want you warm, dry, and cozy for your journey home!

2. We dance barefoot, in soft indoor shoes, or grip socks. Shoes are being left at the door as the dance space is a shoe-free zone.

3. A reusable water bottle. A water machine is available at the venue as well as a tea.

4. An open heart & mind! A body ready to dance! & abundant energy for the space!

* Casual comfortable clothes are recommended for the classes.
