Hawaii’s premier foodie event, the Best of Hawaii’s Best Kitchens, returns to the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, on Sept. 28. The third annual event brings together a dozen of Hawaii’s top restaurants, as voted by fans, on the resort’s spectacular pool deck, at 7 p.m.

With more than 149,000 followers, Hawaii’s Best Kitchens is the source for foodies wanting to find the most delicious cuisine and grinds. Photos quickly rack up thousands of likes. The best of the best will be showcased at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki, for guests 21+ to dine on a variety of featured dishes from each restaurant.

This year’s restaurants and spotlighted dishes include:

Arancino Ristorante Italiano
Risotto di Funghi Porcini: Porcini mushroom risotto made with carnaroli rice finished in a parmigiano reggiano cheese wheel.
The Buffet at Hyatt
Chilled Korean Soba Noodle Soup: Kalbi, scallop, takuan-nori salad.
Dean & Deluca Ritz Carlton
Pulehu Tako: Poached Mauka apple, ho'i'o fern gremolata, dehydrated renko.
Japanese BBQ Yoshi
Wagyu Chirashi: Minced wagyu served on sushi rice and Kizami Wasabi, drizzled with kabayaki sauce and truffle infused Wagyu fat and topped with ikura and nori.
Ka'ana Kitchen at Andaz Wailea
Akule Sunomono + Abalone + Cucumber + Lim Kohu.

VIP tickets are $100 and include early entry to the event at 6 p.m., VIP swag bag and signature cocktail.
